The world is full to the brim with food with amazing flavours and textures. The majority of it, if eaten thoughtfully, is part of a healthy diet, including the really tasty stuff. You can leave the 'food' that comes as powders or pills to someone else!

My goal is to help you to develop a life long relationship with food so that you enjoy food, it gives you what you need to perform, and you resolve or avoid any health issues associated with the way you have eaten in the past. Instead of forcing you to make major changes to your life to accommodate a new way of eating like so many fad diets do, I work with you to make manageable, permanent changes to the way you eat so that eating well is part of your life. We work together, one-on-one, in a private setting so you feel comfortable and relaxed. The focus is on you.
